Daily Inspection:
Inspectors must check each point of the equipments before daily inspection.
For big inspection equipments such as CMM and Quadratic measurement , must clean them each morning because they will have tolerance problems after placing for a long time.
Monthly Inspection: If problems are found, calibration is needed.
In order to avoid tolerance, when using them, must handle them gently and they can’t be piled them up.
Inspectors need have one inspection meeting each week.
There are two sections of the meeting. One section is summary of the defective parts and its solutions and the other is updating inspection skills to improve the professional ability.
Set up WeChat group, update the new inspection methods timely and share the recent defective problems and their summary and file them to avoid the problems in the future production.
